It is an additive specially formulated to add to the Plastisoles and the DC Plastisol Transparent Base, being able to make transfers of having taken off in hot and in cold on common paper (it works or similar).
With this product it is no longer necessary to appeal to the expensive traditional papers of transfers for Plastisol, for example transfer 75 or transfer 55 , alone we need to have a work paper or Coating paper of very good quality.
The paper owes being of long fiber and very equal surface. We advise to use papers from 120 to 150 grams.
It is very important that the surface will be planed possible to avoid uneven deposits of ink that then harmed the detached of the transfers.
The paper should not be too porous and absorbent because it can absorb too much the plasticizer and damage the transfers, since it is very difficult or almost impossible to detach the transfers.
The D/CF additive has the aspect of a transparent and creamy paste, slightly whitish. It is added to the Plastisol in low agitation incorporating with supreme easiness.
We advise to use between 10% and 20% on the weight of the Plastisol, the percentage will depend from the characteristics of the ink to use (if it is capable or it doesn't to make transfers).
