1) The ink is cured to the air 72 hours after of be printed, in climates with excessive humidity the time can be extended.
2) With the addition of 2% of Catalyst A, the ink cures to the air at the 48 hours. Once blended the catalyst, the ink has an useful life of 48 hours.
3) If an excellent washable is required in immediate form it is recommended to cure it at 140ºC, during 3 minutes, with hot air or iron.

Mesh: 34 to 62 threads / cm monofilament.
Stencil: It is recommended resistant direct emulsions to the water.
Squeegee (spatula): 65 to 75 shore.

All the elements used in the impression should be washed immediately with water. If it is difficult to take out the remains of ink from the mesh use Agent of Cleaning CM and rinse with abundant water.

Retardant: If you wants to slow the drying of the ink in the wing, add from 3 to 5% in low agitation.
Thickening Substance: You can add from 0,3% to 0,5% to increase the viscosity. Shake well.
Flux: Appropriate product to lower the viscosity of the inks, use until 5%.
Catalyst A: Use until 2% to shorten the time of cured and improve the solidities to the laundry.
Wax: Recommended to eliminate the sticky tact in the inks with watery base. Take cautions with this product: use gloves and avoid the direct contact with the skin.

The Covering Bases (clear) can be pigmented with watery dispersions of pigments, using until 10% (on the total weight of the formula), the mixture should be uniform. The Mate and Brilliant Covering Mate and Brilliant Bases for Synthetic, are offered in range of 14 colors, more 4 fluorescent.
