It is a watery base ink appropriate for the impression of natural fabrics and its mixtures, on clear funds.

Cotton.
Cotton / mix with synthetic fibers (until 30%).

1) The ink cures to the air at the 72 hours of printed. In climates with excessive humidity the time can be extended.
2) With the addition of 2% of Catalyst A, the ink cures to the air at the 24 hours. Once blended the catalyst, the ink has an useful life of 48 hours.
3) If an excellent washable is required in immediate form it is recommended to cure it to 130° C, during 3 minutes, with hot air.

Mesh: 43 to 90 threads / cm monofilament.
Photo emulsion: It is recommended to use resistant direct emulsions to the water.
Squeegee (spatula): 65 to 75 shore.

All the elements used in the impression can be washed immediately with water after being used, if it was necessary, to clean the mesh with Agent of Cleaning CM and rinse with abundant water.

Retardant: If you want to slow the drying of the ink in the wing, add from 3% to 5%, low agitation.
Thickening Substance: Add from 0,3% to 0,5% to increase the viscosity.
Flux: Product recommended to lower the viscosity of the inks, use until 5% low agitation.
Catalyst: Use it until 2% to shorten the time of cured. Take cautions with this Product: use gloves and avoid the direct contact with the skin

The Transparent Base (clear) can be pigmented with watery dispersions of pigments using until 5%. The mixture should be uniform. To this ink it can be incorporated between 10% and 15% of Luminscent powder or glitter. The transparent bases, also are offered in a range of 20 colors and 4 fluorescent.
