They are inks of watery base for the impression of synthetic fabrics on clear and dark funds. Owing to the great diversity of synthetic fibers it is advisable to improve the solidity to the laundry adding to the ink, Catalytic A.

Cotton
Cotton / mix with synthetics fibers (until with 30% of synthetic fiber).

The ink cures to the air at the 72 hours of printed, in climates with excessive humidity the time can be extended.
With the addition of 2% of Catalyst A, the ink cures to the air at the 24 hours.
If it is required an excellent washable in an immediate form it is recommended to cure it at 140° during 3 minutes, with hot air or iron.

Mesh:32 to 62 threads/cm monofilament.
Photo emulsions: Resistant direct emulsions are recommended to the water.
Squeegee(spatulas):65 to 75 shore.

All the elements used in the impression should be washed immediately with cold water. To accelerate the process of cleaning it can be used some of our products of G&B.
cleaning.

Retardant: If you want to slow the drying of the ink in the wing, add from 3 to 5% of Retardant CM low agitation.
Thickening Substance: You can add from 0,3 to 0,5% to increase the viscosity, in low intense agitation.
Flux: Appropriate product to lower the viscosity of the inks, use it until 5%.
Catalyst A: use it until 2% to shorten the time of cured and to increase the solidity.
