ECOPLAST is an ink of
watery base, brilliant, drying in tunnel or to the air
for the impression serigraphic of plastics and paper.
Tint of watery, ecological base, not toxic.
Very soft scent, it can be worked in closed places or
with little ventilation.
It eliminates labor risks, product of the inhalation
or the contact with aggressive solvents.
It prints with excellent definition.
Quick drying.

Adhesive vinyl
PVC
Polystyrene
Treated Polyester
Polycarbonate
ABS
Paper.

It is recommended to make rehearsals in the plastics
before their impression, since the similar plastics
can vary between different makers and different departures.
Also, the use of lubricant and plasticizer, many times
they hinder the adhesion and the resistance to the blockade.
It is essential to check the compatibility of the ink
with the material to print to avoid inconveniences.
With ECOPLAST it is recommended that the screen never
stet with ink after the impression. The screen should
be covered by a layer of ink while the leaf is placed
for the following impression (to avoid the drying of
the ink on the screen).
If you want to print small details, very fine features
or reticules, it can be added from 2 to 5% of RETARDANT
E
Mesh: from 120 to 140 threads/cm monofilament
Squeegee (spatula): from 75 to 80 shore.
Stencil: uses resistant photo emulsions to the water
or dual photosensitive emulsions (sensitize, dry off
and expound).

The drying can be to the air or in tunnel with hot air
to a temperature from 60 to 70ºC during 2 minutes.
The resistance to the water and the abrasion was not
developed until after the 48 hours of printed, depending
on the humidity ambient.
Dry to the tact to the 20 minutes, approximately.
When it is needed to increase the resistance to the
humid abrasion, add from 2 to 4% of Catalyst A, it can
also improve the resistance to the solvents and chemical
agents. The impression in days of high humidity, it
can harm the adhesion from the ink to the material,
when drying tunnel is not used.
ECOPLAST doesn't have good resistance to the alcohol
and some derived of the petroleum.

When it is necessary to dilute the ink, make it with
water until 10%. An excessive dilution modified the
characteristics of the ink and it caused problems in
the impression and in the adherence.

All the elements used in the impression should be washed
immediately with water after being used to avoid the
drying of the ink.

Retardant: If you want to slow the
drying of the ink in the wing, add from 3 to 5%, in
low agitation.
Catalyst A: use from 2 to 4%, when
you need to increase the resistance of the ink to the
water and the solvents.
