Transparent Plastisol Base with very low opacity that was developed to reduce the opacity of the Plastisoles and to reduce the final cost of the ink when someone printing on white or cake colours
It is recommended to add between 20% and 70%, depending from the color of the bottom of the fabric to print, and the opacity that is wanted to achieve.
All these transparent bases: 9050, 9070, 9080 are cured with hot air or infrared between 140°C and 150°C.
It is recommended to make test of cured and laundry before beginning the production.
They can be used with all type of meshes of polyester monofilament from 24 to 140 threads/cm.

It is a Plastisol with good opacity and without pigmentation.
It has resins, loads and plasticizer, for this reason it can be added to a Plastisol in any quantity without modify its main characteristics. If the quantity is excessive it can harm in something its opacity (covering power).
It is not advisable to use it in very transparent colors as the colors process because it would reduce its transparency.
With this product is possible to expand the Plastisoles lowering its cost considerably.
It doesn't reduce the viscosity of the Plastisol ink.
