They are Covering Plastisol inks formulated
for the impression of dark fabrics of cotton, cotton
/ mix and some synthetic fibers, without necessity
of applying a white base. These inks can also be used
on clear funds, reducing the color with a part of
ink and three parts of Reducer 9070 or 9080.
They are formulated to print in wet direct form on
wet and for the transfers production.
These Plastisoles are manufactured with the most advanced
technology what confers them a high opacity, low temperature
of cured and easiness in the impression process.
With our Guide of Formulation, each color is expressed
in percentage by weight for their later mixture, what
will allow us to obtain more than 1000 colors.
These inks are Tixothropics, for this characteristic,
they seem to have a lot of apparent viscosity that
decreases in presence of agitation, facilitating the
impression, allowing to obtain an excellent resolution
and a perfect definition with meshes of different
quantity of threads.

Excellent opacity
It allows the impression of fine details with very
good definition
Soft tact
Express drying in the flash
Brilliant Colours
Good solidity.
High concentration of pigments

It cures 145°-165° C, the time depends on
the oven type and the thickness of the printed ink.
It can be treated with ovens to gas, infrared and
infrared for convection, the oven type to use and
the thickness of the impression modifies the time
of cured, it is for this reason that is recommended
to make previous rehearsals to the production to adjust
the temperature and appropriate times to each impression.
Later on to make the rehearsals of cured necessary.
In the transfers production the ink will be gelled
(semi cured) a temperature form 90°C to 110°C.

Mesh: from 34 to 54 threads/cm monofilament polyester
of high tension, low elongation, for the direct impression
of dark fabrics without white base.
From 62 to 100 threads/cm for the direct impression
of clear fabrics and means.
From 24 to 43 threads/cm for opaque transfers.
Photo emulsions: use direct emulsions or capillary
film, resistant Diazo to the solvents, Diazo / photopolymer
or photopolymer.
Squeegee(spatula): Polyurethane 65 - 80 shore.
Tension of the meshes suggested: nor under 23 newtons

All the elements used in the impression can be cleaned
with our line of Remover of Ink G&B, they are
ecological, biodegradable, not toxic and they are
rinsed with cold water.

Soft base: You can use it to reduce
the viscosity of the inks and to give them softer
tact.
Transparent Base 9050,9070,9080:
they are transparent and semi-transparent bases that
are used to reduce the color and to stretch the inks.
Co polyamide: additive to be used
when synthetic fibers of difficult anchorage are printed.
Add to the ink between 2% and 5%.
