It is a line of 14 concentrated pigments more a base(Genesis) of good opacity that allows to obtain more than 1000 colors, using a formulation guide.
The process of mixtures for the obtaining of the colors is simple, because only a scale of certain precision is needed. The mixtures can be carried out in form manual or with an agitator.
It allows the direct impression wet on wet, manual or automatic with an excellent dull termination.

Easy use and it mixes.
It reduces inventory costs.
High concentration of pigments.
Brilliant Colours.
Good opacity.
Express drying in the flash.
Good solidity.
Low stickiness and accumulation of ink.

It cures at 150°-160° C, the time depends on the oven type and the thickness of the printed ink. It can be treated with ovens to gas, infrared and infrared for convection, the oven type to use and the thickness of the impression modifies the time of cured, it is for this reason that is recommended to make previous rehearsals to the production to adjust the temperature and appropriate times to each impression. Later on make the rehearsals of cured necessary.
The one gelled or drying in the flash will be carried out to a temperature of around the 110°C.

Mesh: 62 to 120 threads/cm monofilament polyester of high tension, low elongation. Tensions no under 23 newtons Photo emulsions: use direct emulsions or capillary film, resistant Diazo to the solvents, Diazo / photopolymer or photopolymer.
Squeegee(spatula): Polyurethane 65 - 90 shore.

All the elements used in the impression can be cleaned with our line of G&B Removers of Ink, they are ecological, biodegradable, not toxic and they are rinsed with cold water.

Genesis base: it is a base of good opacity and dull termination with excellent properties for the impression wet on wet.
Soft base: You can use to reduce the viscosity of the inks and to give them a softer tact.
