It is a line of Plastisol inks of half opacity for the direct impression on clear funds, means and some dark ones, in cotton fabrics, cotton /mix and some synthetic fibers.
They are appropriate for the manual or automatic impression, wet on wet, and for the transfers production.
They are presented in a wide range of colors to be used on different colors of fabrics, in some cases it is convenient to apply a white base previously.
Ideal to be used when fine details or means tones should be printed.

Stocking opacity to good.
Impressions of excellent definition.
Soft tact.
Brilliant colours.
Excellent solidity.
High concentration of pigments.
Express drying in the flash
Low stickiness and accumulation of ink.

It cures at 145°-165° C, the time depends on the oven type and the thickness of the printed ink. It can be cured with ovens to gas, infrared and infrared for convection, the oven type to use and the thickness of the impression modifies the time of cured, it is for this reason that is recommended to make previous rehearsals to the production to adjust the temperature and appropriate times to each impression. Later on make the rehearsals of cured necessary.

Mesh: 34 to 110 threads/cm monofilament of high tension, low elongation.
Photo emulsions: use direct emulsions or capillary film, resistant Diazo to the solvents, Diazo / photopolymer or photopolymer.
Squeegee(spatula): Polyurethane 65 - 80 shore.
Tension of the meshes: nor under 23 newtons.

Soft base: You can use it to reduce the viscosity of the inks and for give them a softer tact.
Transparent Base 9050,9070,9080: they are transparent and semi-transparent Bases that are used to reduce the color and for stretch the inks.
Co polyamide: Additive to be used when synthetic fibers of difficult anchorage are printed. Add to the ink between 2% and 5%.

All the elements used in the impression can be cleaned with our line of G&B Removers of Inks, they are ecological, biodegradable, not toxic and they are rinsed with cold water.
