
It is an ink of watery base for the
impression on paper of sublimation transfers, these
can be transferred later on by heat to different synthetic
fabrics.

Mesh: 100 to 120 threads/cm Monofilament of Polyester
Photo emulsion: Resistant Diazo to the water, Diazo
/ photopolymer.
Squeegee(spatula): 70 to 80 Shore polyurethane

This ink dries to the air in approximately from 15
to 20 minutes depending on the temperature and humidity
ambient.
These inks can dry off with hot air to temperatures
nor superiors to 50°C.

The use of a not recovered paper is recommended, without
breaks and with a surface very equal and not too absorbent
couple. It is convenient that it is made of long fiber
to assure a good stability, in the case of having
recovering it will be very slight to allow certain
penetration of the ink.
The recommended weight is from 120 to 150 grams.

You can transfer with scheme industrial or domestic,
keeping in mind that it is fundamental to be able
to control the temperature, the time and the pressure.
The calefaction plates should have a very even surface
because the imperfections that these they present,
they will be reflected in the transfer.
It is recommended to make previous rehearsals on the
different fibers to transfer, until finding the time
and the good temperature for that fiber, because the
yield of the ink can change with the different fabrics.

All the elements used in the impression can clean
with our Removers of Inks G&B.
They are biodegradable, ecological, of low toxicity
and soluble in water.

Retardant: If you want to slow the
drying of the ink in the wing add from 3 to 5% in
low agitation.
Thickening substance: You can add
from 0,2 to 0,5% to increase the viscosity.
