It is a range of liquid colorings of high concentration that with the SUBLI-TRANS Base allows the production of sublimation inks.
With these inks of watery base we will be able to manufacture transfers to apply on white fabrics of polyester and other synthetic fibers.

The use of paper of good quality is recommended, without recovering, planed free of imperfections and breaks. It is convenient to use papers of long fiber and with moderate absorption.

Mesh: 100-140 threads/cm Monofilament of polyester. Tension nor under 20 Newtons.
Photo emulsion: Direct Diazo or resistant Diazo /photopolymer to the water.
Squeegee: 75 - 85 Shore Polyurethane

It should be carried out with industrial irons designed for thermo transference, with control of temperature, time and pressure. The plates should be very even because any imperfection in the this it will rebound directly in the transfer.
The transfer temperature is from 190 to 200°C and the time of exhibition oscillates among the 25 to 60 sec. Depending from the substrate to transfer.

Polyester	210 - 225 ºC	From 30 to 40 Sec.
Polyamide	185 - 195 ºC	From 25 to 35 Sec.
Acrylic	180 - 190 ºC	From 30 to 35 Sec.

These concentrated colorings can be mixed to each other to achieve a wide range of colors, of great cleaning, brightness and intensity.
The percentage of recommended use is from 10 to 15% overweight of Subli-trans base. Mix with good agitation.
The Subli-trans base for its formulation allows a quick drying in the paper, very good leveling and excellent impression in fine details and means tones, it also possesses very good adherence in the moment of the transfer.

All the elements used in the impression can be washed with our G&B Degreased and Removers of Inks

Retardant: If you want to slow the drying of the ink in the wing add from 3 to 5% in low agitation.
Thickening substance: You can add from 0,2 to 0,5% to increase the viscosity.
