They are inks of watery base for the
impression of sublimation transfers. After printed
the paper, it can be transferred on the cloth of synthetic
fiber, with a thermo transference iron that possesses
good pressure and temperature.

Excellent tact
Very good impression characteristics and definition
Excellent solidity to the laundry
It allows to decorate materials that cannot be printed
for direct impression
Quick drying, for hot air or to the air

Polyester
Polyamide (nylon 6, nylon 6,6)
Lycra
Acrylic
PVC
Anodizing Aluminum
Recovered metals.

Mesh: 100 to 120 threads/cm. Monofilament of Polyester
Photo emulsion: It is recommended to use resistant
Direct emulsions to the water or Diazo / Photopolymer.
Squeegee(spatulas): 75 - 80 Shore of Polyurethane

The dry ink to the tact is in approximately from 10
to 20 minutes, depending on the temperature and ambient
humidity.
These inks can dry off with hot air with a temperature
nor superior to 50°C.

The election of the paper is extremely important because
it should allow a good detachment of the ink to obtain
a transfers of good quality. The paper uses should
have a surface more possible equal, free of powders,
breaks and defects, it should be sufficiently strong
as to prevent breaks and maintain its characteristics
when being exposed to the transfer temperatures. It
is recommended to use a paper of long fiber of having
recovering it will be the softest thing possible so
that it allows certain penetration of the ink because
if the penetration is excessive this it can harm the
transfer, retaining too much ink in the paper giving
opaque colors with little brightness and intensity.
The recommended weight is from 120 to 150 grams /cm.

You can transfer with your industrial or domestic
machinery always keeping in mind that it is fundamental
to be able to control the temperature, time and pressure.
The calefaction plates should be similar even possible
because the imperfections that these present will
be reflected in the transference. The transference
of these inks on cotton fabrics or natural fibers
are bad, they can be used alone in mixed fabrics where
the percentage of synthetic fiber prevails. The transference
temperature is from 180 to 225 °C and the time
of exhibition oscillates between 25 and 60 seconds.
It is recommended to make previous rehearsals with
the different fibers until finding the time and the
good temperature for the obtaining of intense and
brilliant colors. It is convenient to transfer to
a pressure from 0,40 to 0.50 Kg/cm2.

The SUBLITEX inks can be mixed to each other to achieve
a very wide range of colors. When you want to obtain
colors of smaller intensity, we recommend to use SR/A
Sublitex Reducer (the addition of the same one won't
modify the properties of the ink).

All the elements used in the impression should be
washed immediately with water. If it is difficult
to take out the remains of ink from the mesh it is
recommended to use our G&B Removers of Ink and
rinse with abundant water.

Retardant: If you want to slow the
drying of the ink in the wing, add from 3 to 5% in
low agitation.
Thickening Substance: You can add
from 0,2 to 0,5% to increase the viscosity.
